Chicken pasta casserole

This has become a huge favorite in our house.  It's actually Dakens favorite meal!!

What you need:
2-3 chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can rotel (I use original) (DO NOT DRAIN)
1 16oz container sour cream
Pasta of your choice, I use rotini
Shredded cheese, I use fiesta blend

How to:
Boil and shred chicken. Boil and drain pasta.
Mix your cream soups, rotel, sour cream in a 9x13 casserole dish. DO NOT DRAIN ROTEL! As a handful of cheese, mix in.
Add chicken and pasta.  Mix until pasta is covered in the sauce.
Top with as much cheese as you want.

Bake at 350° for 30 min uncovered.

That's it!!!  It kind of tastes like a mix of chicken enchiladas and chicken Alfredo.  It's delicious!!!
