Ingredients
2 C Mayo or 1C each Mayo and Plain Yogurt
1/4 C Grainy Mustard
2 Garlic Cloves pressed
2 T chopped Parsley
1 T Lemon Juice
2 t Paprika
3/4 t or to taste ground Red Pepper (I use less)
Whisk together all ingredients and chill for at least 30 minutes.
